The following Terms and Conditions, along with your official order and payment of order constitute a Contract of Sale between the customer and StylePac Australia.

Placing an Order

Orders can be accepted online through this website by customers who have registered for an account as well as guests without a StylePac Australia account.

We also accept orders by telephone or in person via a StylePac Australia representative.

Orders containing specific Delivery Instructions will be delivered in accordance with those instructions to the best of the transport company’s ability.

Placing an order online with StylePac Australia is simply done by going to www.stylepacaustralia.au, selecting one or more products and add them to your shopping cart, and then pay for your order by one of the prescribed payment methods.

Once the order process is complete, an email confirming the order details will be sent to you. Orders lodged via telephone or in person will receive a confirmation along with their respective order number.

If you require 10,000 or more cups, please contact us and we will process your order offline.

Minimum Order Value

StylePac Australia does not have a minimum order value.

Recognised forms of payment

StylePac Australia accepts payment online via PayPal, Visa Card, Master Card and direct bank transfers.

Payment processing will begin as soon as StylePac Australia has received all relevant order information.

The processing of payment for orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will commence on the next business day.

Credit card payments will only be accepted once the purchaser has confirmed and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of sale; and that they are the / an authorised person to use the Credit Card for which details have been provided for the purpose of the order.

Upon clearance of all details, StylePac Australia will send you a tax invoice which is to be used for proof of purchase.

Product Delivery Times

• Delivery to Brisbane metro is two working day after placing your order.
• Delivery to Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Darling Downs Region is three to four working day after placing your order.
• Delivery to other areas will vary area to area.

Product Delivery Charges

Free Delivery to Brisbane Metro and surrounding area.

Areas outside of the above postal codes will attract a courier charge as per Fastways Couriers delivery rates.

Changing or cancelling an order

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be immediately communicated to one of our customer service representatives in detail, either verbally or via email.

Orders are dispatched quickly from our warehouse in an effort to deliver orders within the specified time frames. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to change or cancel an order.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Minor exterior carton damage does not constitute a claim if the product within the carton is in sound condition.

We will accept return of goods only if it is in a salable condition and notification is within seven days of receipt. Credit would only be made to your credit card or bank account .In the case of unwanted goods return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Any goods supplied damaged or incorrectly would be replaced by us provided this is prearranged within seven days.

GST

The Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Australia is a Value Added Tax on the supply of goods and services in Australia. It was introduced by the Federal Government from the 1st of July 2000 and is levied at a rate of 10% on most goods and services apart from GST exempt items, and input taxed goods and services.

Unless otherwise specified, all prices listed or quoted by StylePac Australia are exclusive of GST.

The GST component relating to an order will be clearly indicated upon checkout and on the Tax Invoice.

Prices

All prices listed on the StylePac Australia website, in quotes, invoices or any other documentation issued by StylePac Australia is in Australian dollars (AUD).

Product Image

StylePac Australia makes every effort in ensuring the colours shown on www.stylepacaustralia.au accurately match the products sold by StylePac Australia. However, there may be some subtle differences in actual colour due to differences in computer systems and colour monitors. As such, StylePac Australia cannot guarantee that the individual’s monitor display will give a true representation of product colours.

Whilst endeavouring to provide accurate and up to date information, typographical errors and inaccuracies may occur in rare instances. StylePac Australia reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to amend or update information or pictures at any time without prior notice. Possible changes may include but are not limited to product type, price, photographic depiction and availability.
